These heat packs are made of a soft pliable latex-
With the simple snap of a button, an instant crystallization process starts, producing heat up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit within seconds.

After use, the spent heat pack is recharged by simply simmering it in hot water for a few minutes and by following the simple instructions included on each pack, sterilizes it and makes it ready for use the next time it is needed.
Depending on the heat pack size and application, these packs can produce therapeutic heat from around 60 minutes to 3 hours and more. Heat times can be extended by using a wrap or insulated pouch.
