We normally ship all in-stock items within one business day from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and actual delivery time may vary according to your ZIP Code. Because we use USPS Priority Mail, most orders arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping. If an item is "out of stock, the backordered product will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer. We will contact you by email or telephone if items are backordered or if the item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

All heat packs are warranted directly by the manufacturer.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by SnapHeatPacks.com.  Neither SnapHeatPacks.com nor the manufacture is responsible for abuse or mistreatment of item(s).  Items that are reported defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded. Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the Manufacture. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping, handling or freight charges.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our heat packs you may request to return the undamaged item for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us for special instructions to return a product. Authorized returns of undamaged items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight costs.  Returns accepted after 15 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee..
